I had the incredible opportunity to shoot and edit a special Instagram reel highlighting a memorable visit by the esteemed Mr. Sanjay Thakur, Vice President of the Young Chef Association and a celebrated figure in the culinary world. Mr. Thakur, an award-winning chef from Himachal Pradesh and the youngest chef to set a Guinness World Record for the highest pop-up restaurant, graced us with his presence. Twice selected to represent India in the prestigious Bocuse d’Or, he is truly an inspiration to aspiring chefs everywhere. During his visit, Mr. Thakur toured our campus, admired the intricate chocolate work and stunning three-tier cakes crafted by our talented students, and enjoyed a specially prepared lunch. His kind words and encouragement left a lasting impact on all of us.

Excited to share my latest project for Le Cordon Bleu India! I had the pleasure of shooting and editing an Instagram video capturing an exquisite culinary journey led by Chef Thierry Le Baut at Le Cordon Bleu, Gurugram. Our students learned essential techniques, from trussing and poaching chicken to perfecting julienne vegetables and nappé sauce. The delicious menu featured a classic French Onion Soup, Chicken Poché à l’Ancienne with Riz Pilaff, and a succulent Sous Vide cooked Lamb Shank with Creamy Potato Purée.
