What is your website missing — and what should your media plan do next?

Your public site already exposes evidence about discovery, measurement, trust, and conversion. PerformanceMap reads that evidence, shows the gaps, and turns the diagnosis into a concrete performance marketing starting framework: funnel, channel budget, campaign structure, rollout, and KPI targets.

What can PerformanceMap read from your public site?

It reads the evidence a search engine, analytics platform, ad network, or prospective customer can encounter. It does not ask you to describe your setup; it checks what the site itself exposes.

SEO foundations

Page titles, descriptions, canonical signals, crawl directives, headings, sitemap clues, and other discoverability foundations.

Tracking coverage

Visible analytics tags, advertising pixels, tag-manager signals, and whether measurement infrastructure can be detected.

Structured data

Schema markup and the entity, page, product, organization, breadcrumb, or FAQ context the site makes machine-readable.

Social presence

Connected social profiles plus the metadata that controls how pages appear when shared across social and messaging platforms.

What does PerformanceMap produce from that evidence?

The diagnosis starts with an overall score out of 100 and a named performance band, plus SEO, Social, Tracking, and Conversion sub-scores. It compares the overall score with the moving median of all prior audits, writes an executive summary for the business, identifies what is missing across reach, attribution, and conversion, prioritises issues by impact with specific fixes, adds per-platform social notes, and preserves the raw parsed values in a crawl-facts panel.

The same report then builds the performance marketing starting framework: TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU funnel architecture; channel budget allocation with real currency amounts, percentages, and reasoning; named campaigns and ad groups with keyword lists and written ad copy; a weekly first-30-days rollout; and KPI targets for lead volume, cost per lead, qualified-lead rate, and impression share. The complete report can be exported as Markdown or PDF.

The path is visible, but stronger conversion evidence and follow-through are needed.

What can a public scan not know about your business?

PerformanceMap can read public evidence and use the planning inputs you provide. It cannot independently know your true margins, lifetime value, past campaign performance, full sales cycle, sales capacity, internal constraints, or brand rules.

The generated plan is a validated starting framework, not a finished media plan. A real engagement adds those commercial facts, tests the assumptions, and turns the framework into an operating plan your team can fund and execute with confidence.

  1. 01Read the public evidence
Use the score, benchmark, gaps, and prioritised fixes to establish the visible starting point.
  2. 02Validate the economics
Add margins, lifetime value, historical performance, capacity, and sales-cycle reality.
  3. 03Build the operating plan
Refine budgets, campaign structure, targets, and weekly tasks before committing spend.

Questions before scanning your site

What does PerformanceMap read from my site?

PerformanceMap reads publicly visible SEO signals, social connections, analytics and advertising tags, schema markup, conversion evidence, sharing metadata, and crawl facts. It does not log into private systems.

What does PerformanceMap produce?

It produces an overall score with a named band, SEO, Social, Tracking and Conversion sub-scores, a benchmark against the median of prior audits, an executive summary, missing and prioritised issues, per-platform social notes, a TOFU, MOFU and BOFU funnel, channel budgets with amounts and reasoning, campaign and ad-group structure, keyword lists, written ad copy, a weekly 30-day rollout, KPI targets, crawl facts, and Markdown or PDF exports.

Can I use the budget split directly?

No. Treat it as a validated starting framework. The percentages and currency amounts are generated from the public evidence and planning inputs, but they should be checked against margins, lifetime value, historical campaign performance, sales capacity, and the real sales cycle before money is committed.

Why is PerformanceMap free?

PerformanceMap is free so you can inspect the quality and direction of the analysis before deciding whether a deeper engagement would be useful. It requires no signup.

What data is stored?

The public interface does not publish a retention period. PerformanceMap processes the public URL and planning inputs you submit, and prior audit scores are used for the moving median benchmark. It does not request account credentials, CMS access, or private analytics access. Do not submit confidential information.

How long does a report take?

A typical report takes approximately 20 to 40 seconds, depending on the site being checked.

Do I need to install code or share access?

No. Enter a public website URL. PerformanceMap does not require a login, CMS access, analytics access, or a code installation.

What can an automated plan not account for?

A public scan cannot know your true margins, lifetime value, historical media performance, sales capacity, internal constraints, brand rules, or full sales cycle. A real engagement adds that business context and turns the generated starting framework into a validated operating media plan.
